Massage Treatments

I offer mobile massage treatments, to make life easier and more convenient for you. All equipment such as massage couch, towels and oils will be provided by me. The first treatment will require a consultation first to discuss what type of treatment is required, medical history etc.

60 minute treatment – £45.00*

90 minute treatment – £70.00*

120 minute treatment – £90.00*

10% discount available if you block book 5 treatments

I do appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do this may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Contraindications

There are occasions where massage would be classed as a contraindication, even having a detrimental effect on you.

This would need to be discussed with the massage therapist before treatment.

Examples of contraindications are:

• Muscle/Tendon ruptures
• Infectious skin diseases
• Tumours
• Open wounds
• Varicose veins
• Haemophilia
• Melanoma
• Feeling unwell or body temperature over 100°F
• Diabetes (although not strictly a contraindication, massage has the same effect as exercise, so the appropriate medication must be available)
